  • Open letter, signed by three Australian Ambassadors: John Fennessy, Ambassador Beirut; Janet Gardiner, Ambassador Damascus; Ian Russell, Ambassador Amman. Dated 23 March 1999. Rarely heard of, three Australian Embassies unite in an effort to inspire and secure sponsorship for Chapel of Change's extended 1999 tour of the MIDDLE EAST.
